Reflective Practice in Adult ESL Programs

Tuesday, June 20, 2023

Description:

Becoming an engaging and effective teacher takes more than a well-designed lesson plan. It requires intentional thought, reflection, action, and refinement to achieve success across the board. This webinar session will introduce what reflective practice is and will offer a few theories and models that can guide and engage you in critical reflection on teaching practices within an ESL classroom. Sample reflective questions will be shared to help illuminate ways you can collect data and enhance your own self-awareness and reflective practice.
